If you’re looking for a raise, or looking for a new joband dread the question “so how much are youlooking to make,” you’re walking into a minefield that could either result in you making a good,fair wage, or getting underpaid from the start.

如果你期望加薪，或者寻一份工作却害怕被问“那么你希望拿多少薪水”，那你便走入了雷区，不是最后报酬不菲便是从一开始就待遇偏低。

You should absolutely consider your job’s other benefits or atleast negotiate them when you talk about your wholepay package. Are you giving up something like flextime or remote work in exchange for coming into the office everyday for a little more money?
