第十课 那里有…… There be…
我当年学英语的时候，对英语的句子结构感到奇怪。中文的“你家有多少人？”按我的“胡说英语”应该直接翻译成“you family have how many people?”但英语却很奇怪地排成“多少人是那里在你家？”（how many people are there in your family?）
我虽然痛恨英语的怪异，但那时没有胆量挑战英语的规矩，所以只能咬紧牙关将此句硬背下来。于是和"there"结下了不解之缘，知道这个句法结构式英语中特有的。
家庭人口
A: How many people are there in your family?你家里有多少人？
B: Five, my parents, twin sisters, and me. 五个，我父母、双胞胎姐妹和我。
A: You are the older or younger kid?你是较大的还是较小的？
B: I'm the youngest.我是最小的。
哪里有饭店
