Fine and Rare English 7-Shot Flintlock Boxlock Pepperbox Revolver Marked Priore, London, c. 1770

.41 caliber, 6 1/8-inch 7-barrel cluster with engraved bands at muzzle and numbers corresponding to numbers at breech. Engraved silver band behind breech. Boxlock action with finely engraved cock and sliding safety. Slightly convex frame sides engraved with flag panoplies and ovals inscribed: Priore/London. Floral and geometric border decoration. Steel triggerguard and lower tang engraved with flag panoplies. One-piece walnut grip with profuse silver wire scroll inlays. Engraved silver pommel cap. Engraved screws.
