今天我们要讲的技术是腿锁中的Rolling toe hold,即滚身反踝关节扭脚趾。

从半防守位开始,先击打对手面部,让对手的注意力都在防守上,注意这时主要用左手进攻,右手放在对手的大腿上,伺机而动。

All right, guys. I’m going show how to do a rolling toe hold from half guard, while in an MMA fight. I’m in my partner or my opponents half guard.
