Scrapy ImportError: DLL load failed: 操作系统无法运行 %1

最近打算用Scrapy写爬虫，Windows下用Anaconda比较省心，成功安装了Scrapy，但是新建Scrapy项目时，直接报错。

ImportError: DLL load failed: 操作系统无法运行 %1。

Windows下果然还是不省心，看错误明显是OpenSSL库加载不成功，折腾了一番，终于找到了解决方法：把C:\Windows\System32目录下的libeay32.dll和ssleay32.dll删除即可（但是可能会对其他依赖这两个DLL的软件有影响）。
