There is a nice photo in my room.我的房间有一张好看的照片。

My grandparents have a garden in front of their house.
我的祖父母的房子前面有一个花园。

1.there be句型又叫“存在句型”，表示在某地有某物，包括：
（1）单数形式 there is a/an +名词单数+地点，表示在某地有一个….
如：There is a clock/bike/photo/plant/water bottle beside/on/behind/….(…旁边/上面/后面有一个钟/自行车/相片/水瓶)
There is an apple/egg beside/on/behind/….( …旁边/上面/后面有一个苹果/鸡蛋)
（2）复数形式（两个及以上的）
There are +具体数字(two/three)/many/some+名词复数+地点，表示有多个
如：There are two bikes in front of the house. 房子前有两辆自行车。
There are some buildings in the park. 公园里有一些建筑。
There are many trees in the forest. 森林里有许多树。
2.there be 句型中使用单数句式还是复数句式遵循”就近原则”。
3. have/ has 用于表达某人拥有某物.
I have three pens and she has one pen.
4.on 与above的区别：
on在…上面。表示与下面的物体互相接触，紧挨着。
above在…上房，表示与下面的物体不接触，两个物体之间有一定的距离。
