Diigolet is a "super bookmarklet" that allows you to highlight and add sticky-notes, in addition to simple bookmarking.
Right-click left link and select "Add to Favorites". A Security Alert dialogue will warn you that the link may be unsafe, click "Yes"(don't worry, it's safe!) and then select to create the page in the "Links" of your Favorites.
After you set up Diigolet on your IE browser,now you can begin to highlight the web:
1. Click Diigolet in your browser links bar.
2. Select some text to highlight.
