Our topic today is which is more important in job, working experience or education? We completely disagree with the previous argument, how can education of your past will be more important than practical working experience? Working experience means career attitude and serious responsibility in job,which we can not learning from education or books, and much more important than education background. That's why the enterprise employers emphasize 3-4 years of related working experience in job ads. And prefer to employee with related working experience than higher education candidates in recruiting. Generally speaking, not all even very few companies will hire someone who has no working experience and train or teach them how to work, although you're with a good education, coz high education don't stand for high capacity, let alone to say ability in career. 1, from researching of latest years, nearly 90% of graduates engage in the industry irrelative to his major, what he doing is to accumulate work experience from factual practice of daily working. So is the education still important at this situation? 2, with good education, you can get high mark on paper exams, but not means you're good enough for the real-world. Only the person turns the knowledge he get from book or teacher into his own practice and receive experience will survive.  Take example, you'll never know what the sightseeing really is, no matter you read a lot on its guideline, it's ads, and informed by people been there, till you make a visit. Education is just like the poster and ads, they tell you, guide you how to be there and how to visit it, while working experience is you go there in your best way to feel it's real. So let's make the conclusion that what's more important to job, obviously is working experience.
