I have lived too long near Lord Byron and the sun has extinguished the glowworm.”
Every little helps,”as the old lady said, when she pissed in the sea.
You are like the donkey that listen to the lyre and wags its ears.”
4、原文:“as long as the Greeks were addicted to the study of books, they would never apply themselves to the exercise of arms.”
5、原文:“now reigns/Full-orb`d the moon, and, with more pleasing sight,/Shadowy sets off the face of things---in vain,/If none regard.”
