10月16日早8时，四川崇州一小区发生狗撕咬2岁幼童事件。据悉，孩子受伤严重，肾脏破裂。
视频显示，在一栋居民楼下方的草地上，一只大型黑色犬看到幼童后，开始疯狂攻击撕咬，孩子随后倒地，黑色犬只继续攻击撕扯孩子。孩子母亲用身体保护着孩子。另一只白犬不停在周边转圈，期间有人拿着拖把试图驱赶犬只。
根据目前掌握的情况，涉事犬只是一条罗威纳犬。罗威纳犬身体强壮，动作迅猛，气势强悍，已被多座城市列为禁养犬。涉事狗已经逃脱还未找到，狗主人迟迟未现身给出说法。
