As you all see that those foreigners are very intelligent in learning Chinese, speaking mandarin quite perfectly and brilliantly, they even speak madarin better than those overseas Chineses.
I found most the second generation of overseas Chineses can't even read and can't even write Chinese in those countries like USA, Australia, Great Britain & Canada. The proportion of second generation overseas' born Chineses can't read and can't write Chinese characters are very high (up to 80%).
