手阳明大肠经·15·LI15·肩髃

肩髃，髃指髃骨，穴处肩端抬臂骨旁凹陷中，左右两个凹陷，前为肩髃，后为肩髎。
此穴是阳明阳跷之会，可疏风散湿，舒筋活络，对于上肢不利，气血不畅有比较好的疗效，也是肩周炎的常用治疗穴位，此穴位另外对于皮肤病也是较理想的一个配穴，曾经我妈妈在我很小的时候就常年患皮肤病，脸过敏得很厉害，依稀记得是在她调换工作后，（她在单位表面处理干过一段时间，可能会有些刺激吧），随后的十年时间里看了不知道多少医院，中科院南京皮肤研究所，省中医院皮肤科，鼓楼医院，中草医院~~~~~什么脂溢性皮炎，毛囊虫炎~~~~~每个医院诊断都不一样，中药，西药，内服的，外用的，·~~~~~~~最后还是在我学习针灸后带她去找了徐老师针灸治疗好的，至今未再犯过！呵呵呵，现在只要天气干燥时用点保湿的护肤品就行了！所以对这几个穴位记的理解的比较透，想的也比较多！
