NIS Annual General Meeting 南京国际学校年度大会

Dear Parents,

亲爱的家长：

As a current parent or legal guardian at NIS you are a member of the association. NIS operates as a non-profit association of parents and as such has an annual meeting of the association once every year. This year we will be having the meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd at 8:15am in the PYP Large Group Room on our school campus. We have a mandatory agenda as laid out by our Articles of Association. In addition under agenda item 8. we will be proposing one change to the present Articles (basically an update) and under agenda item 9. we will be launching our new school Strategy.

南京国际学校是一所非盈利性学校，由家长协会进行运营。南京国际学校全体在校生家长及合法监护人均为协会成员。协会每年举行年度会议，今年将于9月23日（周三）上午8:15在学校小学部大活动室举行。在协会章程规定的议程以外，我们将在第8项议程中提议对协会章程进行修订（进行相关更新），并在第9项议程中发布新的学校战略。

The annual audit for 2014-15 has now be completed by Deloitte. Copies of the audit are available for members of the association from the Secretary to Director, Lucy Zhan.

德勤目前已完成学校2014-15学年的审计报告。协会成员可以向校长秘书詹蕊索取审计报告。
