法国画家路易斯·欧热尼奥·梅伦德斯静物画

梅伦德斯 (1716-1780年)[1]  路易斯·欧热尼奥·梅伦德斯,法国18世纪静物画家。

荷兰静物画中常画金银玻璃质地的餐饮具和贵重器皿，透现出贵族习俗的高贵气质，而夏尔丹画的是市民的日常用品，反映出朴素的市民阶级的生活习俗，充满热爱普通平凡生活的思想感情。梅伦德斯的静物属于夏尔丹的现实主义风格，描绘市民的日常用物。

画家以精湛的写实技巧，朴实无华的笔触真实地描绘了平民用的提篮水果面包，一扫贵族浮华习气，真诚朴素之美跃然画面。

不同对象的质量感能描绘得如此真实，已使绘画写实技巧发展到极致，色彩黄蓝相间，素净雅淡，画法细而不腻，繁而不杂。

画家的签名刻在提篮竹篾上，不显眼但很巧妙。

Luis Egidio Meléndez was a Spanish painter. Although he received little acclaim during his lifetime and died in poverty, Meléndez is recognized today as the greatest Spanish still-life painter of the 18th century.
