在大部分的合同中，履行的核心就是delivery & acceptance，在不同的国家，不同的交易中，delivery & acceptance的内容也不尽相同。以设备的合同为例：

By the 15th day from the Effective Date, Party A shall deliver to Party B  a working prototype of the equipment, consistent with the Specifications attached as Exhibit A.

If Party B accepts the prototype, Party A shall immediately begin production as described under the Seller's Obligations.
