This is a great way to spice up a typical skirt and shirt look!
Steps
1
Choose a skirt without an elastic waistband (i.e. a business style pencil skirt) and a shirt that is long enough to overlap with the skirt. They don't have to match.

Turn the shirt inside out, and pull it over the skirt, with the neckline at the bottom of the skirt.

Sew the skirt and shirt together, either on a sewing machine, or by hand.

Pull the shirt up, and put on your new t-shirt dress!
Tips
Though one or two items of chunky jewelry is the perfect addition to this ensemble, be sure not to overdo it.
