1. Read P1(1a-1c) in pairs and find out Where questions.

2. Memorize the phrases and simple past tense of verbs.

1． Ask Ss to read the conversations in pairs .

2． Ask Ss to say the phrases and change the verbs.

3． Ask Ss to say Where Questions .

Explain the main points that Ss can’t understand.

1. Look at the picture and guess where the people went on vacation.

2. Read the conversation in pairs.Then role play conversations.
