Here you have an example of what the role play may look like. Ask students to follow the example and create a dialogue with the situations below.

Example: a) Let’s celebrate the end of the classes going to the disco!

            b) I’d rather spend the day on the beach

            a) What about going to the beach and going to the disco?

b) I don’t want to go to the beach and the disco the same day. It’s   very tiring.   

a) How about spending the day in a national park?

b) That’s perfect. Count me in.     

·         I’d like to eat out in a Japanese restaurant tonight!  (Italian restaurant)

·         How about going to the cinema this evening? (theatre)

·         What about going camping on holiday? (go on a cruise)

·         Would you like to visit the Natural History Museum? (Picasso Museum)

·         I found the exhibitions fascinating. Would you like to go again (boring)

·         The day trip on the beach was exciting. Let’s do it again! (tiring and boring)

·         Do you want to help me clean my room? (No, I don’t)

·         Let’s take up dance classes this summer (Creative writing classes)

·         I’d like to go shopping downtown (Shopping in the mall)
