面试从来只问三个问题，信不信由你

面试中，从来只有三个本原问题：

The only three true job interview questions are:

1. 你能不能？（能力）

2. 你愿不愿？（动机）

3. 和你处得来吗？（合适度）

1. Can you do the job?

2. Will you love the job?

3. Can we tolerate workingwith you?

没错，就这三个。用膝盖想想就知道了，不论你是面试官还是应聘者，碰到的问题也无非是这三者的各种演绎罢了。每个问题的出现方式五花八门，但万变不离其宗：能力、动机、合适度。

That’s it. Those three. Think back, every question you’ve ever posedto others or had asked of you in a job interview is a subset of a deeperin-depth follow-up to one of these three key questions. Each question potentially may be asked usingdifferent words, but every question, however it is phrased, is just a variationon one of these topics: Strengths, Motivation, and Fit.

Preparing for Interviews

如果你是面试官，开始面试之前就首先要从能力、动机和合适度的维度上对条分缕析。

If you’re the one doing the interviewing, get clear on whatstrengths, motivational and fit insights you’re looking for before you go intoyour interviews.

你要是应聘者，就得想想有哪些例子可以体现你的能力，有哪些能说明你对新公司和新职位心向往之，又有哪些能证明你和新公司的行为模式、人际关系、工作态度、价值观和工作环境（BRAVE）气场相投？总之，面试真正面的不是“你”，而是关于你的“整体解决方案”，你要学会“整体营销”。

If you’re the one being interviewed, prepare by thinking throughexamples that illustrate your strengths, what motivates you about theorganization and role you’re interviewing for, and the fit between your ownpreferences and the organization’s Behaviors, Relationships, Attitudes, Values,and Environment (BRAVE). But rememberthat interviews are exercises in solution selling. They are not about you.

面试的过程其实就是你展现你解决组织和职位问题的能力，因而你要浓墨重彩地在面试官最关心的问题上秀一把，你也得谈谈对这个职位有多心动，表达下你和对方公司的行、人、心、价、环（BRAVE）上的文化契合度。
