Revised application forms

(01/08/11) Since 15 April 2011, applicants for new certificates of suitability (CEP) or revisions of CEPs are requested to provide GPS co-ordinates and, if available, a DUNS number for their manufacturing site(s) in the application form to better identify their location. This requirement is fully in line with the recently revised explanatory note for Industry on Preparation of a Site Master File, issued by PIC/S and by the European Commission. After a pilot phase, more flexibility has been introduced in the expression of GPS coordinates, and the application forms have been updated accordingly. The applicants are requested to use these revised application forms from 1 September 2011.
