I haven't seen any to-do-lists for Rainmeter, only Rainlendar so I submitted this simple one, it's part of my new skin.
Put the .zip into the default rainmeter skins folder. When extracting, please make sure there is only one folder called eka which contains the todolist folder (not another eka folder) Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't know how to get raininstaller to work.
UPDATE: Buttons stay how you want them now even after restarting your computer. If you had only text showing up, this is also fixed now.
