1、先认真审视自己的工作情况

在制定销售计划前,首先必须彻底了解自己的工作情况,审视一下周围的环境,再确定自己的目标。这一点对于作为业务员的你尤为重要。因为如果你没有审视清楚自己跟进客户的状态,你根本无法设立自己的业绩目标,或者,也只是在设立一个不切实际的目标,对于如何实现这个目标,只是在夸夸其谈。阿连的建议是,如果你对自身情况不太了解的话,可以找你的上司谈谈,因为作为带领你冲业绩的上司,他们对你的工作情况肯定是最了解的,也能给到你最中肯的建议。


2、明确自身发展情况,确定更高目标

作为业务员,除了公司给你的业绩指标,我相信在你心里,肯定也有一个自己的目标。在制定目标的时候,有一点需要明确的是,你觉得自己今年可以达到的,那是你工作的一条合格线,你还需要为自己订立一个更高的目标。目标,是对自身的更高要求,不是短时间内可以达成的,但确是可以通过自身努力做到的。朝着合格线一路前行,让自己和目标越来越接近。给自己更高的要求,这样,一年下来,你会发现自己超出了预期的成绩。


3、将执行方案进行到底

在确定好自己的工作目标之后,必须为此制定相应的工作计划,细致到每天的工作安排,所以必须完成的工作任务。当然,在制定工作计划的时候,你应该将你达成目标可能遇到的问题和困难考虑在内,从而调整自己的工作计划,从而提高计划的可行性和有效性。


4、顺应时势,且行且调整

计划总是赶不上变化,因此,在实施计划的过程中,必须根据实际情况进行调整,而不是让计划束缚你的工作。你可以在每天的工作中划掉已经完成的任务,然后重新编排先后次序。有必要的话,根据计划实施的进展和新的变化,来调整方案。
