Job description:
Responsible for effective oversight and direction of all aspects of work performed in China and possibly other locations for assigned S404 Processes. Specific typical duties include:
Assists the China Senior Compliance Manager to supervise the Compliance team in a professional and ethical manner
Plans, schedules, monitor and prepare periodic reports on status of S404 tasks.
Assists the supervision of S404 China Team member activities. Established and communicates work scope, perform control rationalization; directs remediation; review testing work paper and results, prepare status reports.
Work to ensure Company S404 goals achieved:
Target to zero material weaknesses at year-end.
Complete all process tasks at year-end.
Identifies/reports issues and recommendations to achieve Company goals
Seeks out and achieves S404 cost savings.
On an annual basis, assists with preparation of a thorough and documented Compliance plan and budget, which incorporates the results of a compliance risk assessment process as well as identified opportunities for improvement.
Create an effective linkage and working relationship with business owners, such as Finance, Internal Audit, Global Supply Chain, IT as appropriate.
Educate and creates awareness in the areas of internal control and compliance with SOX for other employees.

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA a plus.
Working knowledge of US GAAP,GAAS and SOX404 requirements, and related SEC and PCAOB regulations and guidance.
Working knowledge of critical business flows (including revenue recognition, inventory, supply chain and manufacturing, financial statement closing process).
Knowledgeable and proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint programs, email and computer/accessory hardware. MS project preferred.
5+ years experience as internal/external auditor/SOX staff with at least 2 years in public accounting firm(Big 4).
Demonstrated experience in successful remediation of control deficiencies resulting in favorable Section 404 opinions.
CPA,CIA or CISA a plus.
Bilingual(reading and writing) in Mandarin and English.
Energetic and enthusiastic; good problem-solving and effective/quick decision making abilities.
Must be detail oriented; highly organized and a good planner, capable of working with limited direction in a deadline-driven, stressful structure; handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors.
Self-motivated with high initiative; acts at all times ethically; honestly; is reliable and trustworthy
Good communicator and writer.
Exercise discretion and maturity in handling confidential matters.
Available to travel up to approx. 25% domestically
 
Description

Facilitate communication in each region to realize potential of Global Segment account.
To develop appropriate level relationships with key account contacts, organise and attend Global Account reviews on a quarterly basis. To understand, at a detailed level the customer’s regional business needs and together with other regions & Account Managers construct an account strategy.
Developing a good knowledge of Dell’s portfolio of products & services on a global basis.
Manage accounts and ensure that they are kept informed of any changes within Dell, including processes, services, products and solutions. Communicate with the DELL global team and provide them with any information relating to the account (product transititon, faulty components, shortage, pricing).
Writes project plans and leads teams encompassing the following areas: Sales, marketing and product group, factory, finance, logistics, on line services, value added services, reporting, services, and the customer. Writes or obtains documentation to ensure the support of customer requirements.
Develops the project schedule by identifying milestones in the pre-sales, sales and post-sales processes, and then drives the project to closure.
Implement and lead regular conference calls and meetings with the customer and account teams to maintain communication. To take ownership of and manage issues on a proactive basis.
Quarterly Updating / Auditing and maintenance of Premier Pages – Communicate changes promptly and clearly to all parties who use the pages and provide training where needed on the effective use of the Premier Pages.
To produce Global Reports and any agreed customised reports or pricing catalogues required by your assigned accounts.
To work closely with the Global Account Managers to define priorities and address issues within current accounts.
To be involved, together with the Global Account Manager, in international pricing requests and to be aware of the pricing strategies for this region when ‘special’ pricing is required. Also supporting Product Lifecycle / Transition Management for assigned accounts.
Assist in the facilitation of customer presentations including Executive Briefing Center.
Coordinate with Americas, Canada and Europe Global Segment.
May be assigned to work on special projects to improve processes if needed to by the management.
Maintain high visibility and professionalism within the region/globally.
Resolves conflicts using persuasion, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Leads information development and dissemination efforts.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of regional or Global agreements.


Qualifications

·University degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
·Inside Sales or relevant sales experience/background is preferred.
·5 to 8 years track record of successful career in Personal Computer Industry or another related Information Technology field.
·Able to multitask, learn on the fly, acquire good analytical skills and has strong sense of business acumen.
·Pleasant personality, strong organization, time management as well as planning skills.
·Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·High degree of creativity and self-motivation, ability to work under pressure.
·Flexibility to work after normal business hours to participate in worldwide conference calls.
·Proven culture sensitivity and adaptability.
·Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin language.
·Project Management skills/experience will definitely be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer's needs and marketing trending.
- Collect and monitor competitor's information and prepare the analysis report.
- Assist MM to develop the annual product plan and monitor the execution.
- Communicate marketing plan within all related functions, so as to invite involvement and improve efficiency.
- To pay close attention to stock level, in order to secure the product supply as well as inventory control.
- To prepare advertorial and POSM/POP materials to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication promotional activities.

- Manage and motivate agencies, to ensue the quality and result are met with the standard & requirements.
- Strictly the implementation of marketing product plan and ensure the cost is align with the budget.
- To maximize the impact of product launches through all related dimensions of communication, such as advertising, POP, merchandising, PR, etc.
