中国帮泰国建造第一条高速铁路,泰国网友:浪费钱


The cabinet has given the go-ahead for the Highways Department to begin building the first 3.5km section of the Thai-Sino high-speed train project stretching from Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima.
泰国内阁内阁已批准高速公路部门开始建设泰中高速铁路项目的首个3.5公里段,该项目从曼谷延伸至纳赫哈德拉查西玛。

Construction kicks off tomorrow when Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will preside over the ceremony to initiate the piling work for the 179-billion-baht Sino-Thai high-speed network at tambon Klang Dong, Pak Chong district of Nakhon Ratchasima.
建设工程将于明天开始,届时总理普拉尤特·陈-奥查将主持仪式,为位于纳哈邦拉查西马白崇区的坦本·克郎东179亿泰铢中泰高速网络启动打桩工程。

Transport Minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith said the first section stretching from Klang Dong to Pang Asoke will be on flat terrain and the civil work for the railway is similar to that of roads and motorways.
交通部长阿尔霍姆·特姆皮塔亚皮斯说,从克拉朗东到庞阿佐克的第一段将是平坦的地形,铁路的土建工作与公路和高速公路相似。

As a result, the cabinet instructed the Highways Department to develop the first section with a budget of 425.94 million baht as proposed by the Transport Ministry.
因此,内阁指示路政司按照交通部的建议,以4.294亿泰铢的预算开发第一段。

The construction of the first section will take six months to complete. For the remaining three sections, auctions will be opened to seek contractors.
第一段的建造将需要六个月的时间。至于余下的三项工程,则会展开竞投,以寻找承办商。

The second section is an 11km stretch from Sikhiu district to Kud Jik in Sung Noen district. Its construction will begin in August next year and will take 12 months to complete.

The third section is the 119.5km run from Kaeng Khoi of Saraburi to Nakhon Ratchasina. Work will commence in November and last for 30 months.

The construction of the fourth section is from Bang Sue of Bangkok to Kaeng Khoi with a length of 119km, starting in January 2019 and will take 30 months to complete.

Thanin Somboon, director-general of the Highways Department, said he has set up four working groups with a total of 100 officers to oversee construction of the first section.
萨宁·索姆布恩,路政署署长,说他已经成立了四个工作组,总共有100名官员监督第一部分的建设。

The working groups will turn the design produced by the Chinese side into practical documents, area surveys, construction material procurement and construction quality control.
工作小组将把中方的设计成果转化为实用文件、地区调查、建筑材料采购和施工质量控制。

3.5Km. This is so the junta can say 'We promised you high speed rail and we have started!', another portion of political campaigning. It would be better to leave Chinese engineers to control any railway construction, they have a lot of experience.

A complete waste of money . Even if China paid for it out right nobody could afford to ride it . We need a train system for Thailand that we can afford to build and ride that is practical .

Highway engineers construction a highspeed track which is a new construction without ballast but with prefabricated panels of 4.86 m length ( For instance called system Boegl or similar ) . Who will produce this panels ? The highway department even not able to built roads with a functional drainage system ? The disaster is awaiting !!! LoL...

It means the design produced by the Chinese are not practical documents but something else and and will be turned by the working groups which have never designed any high speed rail design into practical documents ? And it looks like the Chines design was made without area survey ? And 100 Engineers for design and supervision for 3.5 KM sounds for me a bid strange than in Germany I myself has designed a 60 KM new expressway on the green field alone in 1993.
“工作组将把中方设计的设计转化为实际文件、区域调查、建筑材料采购和施工质量控制”。这意味着中国的设计不是实际的文件,而是其他的东西,并且将由从未设计过任何高速铁路的工作组来实际操作?看起来中国的设计是在没有地域调查的情况下进行的?还有100名工程师设计、监督3.5公里的铁路,这听起来很奇怪,1993年我自己在德国单独设计了一个60公里的绿地高速公路。

Again: 100 Engineers for 3.5 KM. It is about 30 000 Engineers for 1 000 KM. Thailand does not have even one engineer for the design of a high speed rail track a la ' system Boegl ', or similar.
再说一次:
100名工程师,3.5公里 那1000公里它大约要3万名工程师 泰国甚至没有一个工程师来设计高速铁路的“Boegl系统”,或者类似的。
