This isn't really all that nice though. With the space inbetween those boards you could easily have crumbs or liquids fall onto you if some clumsy/messy person eats above you.
Not to mention having someone Gary directly above my head.

Whoever designed this has never seen the floor of restaurants before? People spill drinks drop food even animal hair on their clothing. Imagine dog hairs floating down into your food/drink.
This is a terrible idea in almost every way besides saving space.

Even then it's terrible a simple mezzanine would work so much better in every respect. The ceiling is plenty tall enough.

In The Chinatown part of Bangkok. I went there a month ago and it was delicious and cheap. Overall a great experience. Edit: I remember the name! It is called Lhong Tou Cafe.

这店在曼谷的唐人街。我一个月前去的，味道不错，价格便宜。总体来说是很棒的体验。
PS：我记起这家餐厅的名字了，叫Lhong Tou Cafe。
