冠状窦电极放置成功后提示不纯性房扑，周长不等，但冠状窦的激动顺序基本一致。
经右肺静脉前庭补充消融及改良BOX消融后，不纯性房扑转变为240ms周长的稳定房扑。
大头标测导管在左房嵴部进行起搏标测，其起搏后间期与房扑周长相等。
