Aposterior-anterior (PA) chest radiograph demonstrates enlargement of the mainpulmonary artery and right pulmonary artery. The peripheral pulmonary arteriesare reduced in caliber. The lung volumes are normal without evidence ofunderlying pulmonary parenchymal disease.

Alateral radiograph also demonstrates enlargement of both the right and leftpulmonary arteries. Cardiomegaly, with predominant right ventricularenlargement, is present.
