Let me take three typical instances to illustrate it. First of all, in term of smell, we cann't deal with the stench from the toilet.

Secondly, in term of hearing, we cann't deal with the noise from the outside and the hallway. Thirdly, in term of thalposis, we can't solve the problem of high temperature in the dormitory because of the damaged air conditioning.
I am deeply sorry about this. But there are disadvantages to renting a house outside.
