王观阵：男1958 年生，大学本科学历。中学高级教师，1976年参加教育工作至今。本人书法在师于唐欧阳询后，又博览诸家，书面互兼，并抓住欧体“险”的特征，辩证的借鉴老子的哲学思想，注重自身修养，书法作品在传统基上自成面目， 独著;毛笔《书法教程》、《硬笔书法》，《粉笔书法》三部书。
1994年书法作品获'银都杯”一等奖。(河北省政协、省文联、省文化厅、省书协、省电视台等10家单位联合主办)。
1997年喜迎·香·港·回·归·硬笔书法大展赛获金奖。河北省第三届硬笔书法擂台赛获一等奖。(河北省硬笔书法家协会主办)。
1999年祖国颂――庆祝建国五十周年“华夏之星奖”中国书画交流大展中获二等奖。(中国教育电视台、中国书法家协会展览部等单位主办)。
2003年全国规范汉字书写大赛获成人组毛笔字二等奖。(中国书法家学会国际交流委员会、写字杂志社等单位主办)。
2008年在“全国书画艺术大展”活动中获书法一等奖。(中国书法家协会中央国家机关分会、国际华人书画家协会等单位主办)。
《2008年全国中小学生写字教学成果暨硬笔书法作品展评》活动中获教师组一等奖。(中国便笔书法协会、中国教育电视台主办)。
2009年全国教师三笔字大赛中获钢笔书法一等奖、粉笔书法一等奖、毛笔书法二等奖。(中国教育学会书法教育专业委员会主办)
1999年“纪念孔子诞辰2550年书画”大展中，国画《春韵》入选参展。(中国美术家协会主办)。
2015年获书法教育名师荣誉称号。2016年获书法优秀教师荣誉称号。

In 1994, the calligraphy work won the first prize of 'Yindu Cup'. In 1999, the National Song of the Motherland celebrated the 50th anniversary of Zhujianguo and won the second prize in the 'Huaxia Star Award' Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition. In 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of calligraphy education teacher. In 2016, he won the honorary title of outstanding calligraphy teacher.
