无人性！纽约男子面临虐待动物指控 用扫帚打小猫-发生在有战争时

【侨报网报道】纽约州弗农山（Mount Vernon）一名男子正面临虐待动物的指控，当局称他折断了一只8周大的小猫的股骨。

据abcny报道，威彻斯特爱护动物协会（Westchester SPCA）周二宣布，他们的人道执法部门已经逮捕了毫无人性的埃尔比·查理曼（Erby Charlemagne）。

在接到一只小猫被扫帚击中的报警后，当局赶到了他家。

有关官员说，调查显示，查理曼用三把扫帚击打了这只仅仅重1.3磅的小猫，并把它扔到了墙上。 这只小猫立即被送往当地一家兽医医院接受治疗。在动物医院，人们发现这只小猫的股骨骨折了。兽医也报告了与钝器外伤相一致的神经损伤。

“我们永远不会理解，为什么有人会对一只无辜的动物如此残忍，”威彻斯特SPCA执行董事香农·劳胡夫说，“我们希望这只可怜的、毫无防备的小猫能从这种邪恶的行为中恢复过来。”

--it is not difficult 理解 whenever (income - expense - any loan and credit card debts) not enough to save for lose job emergence and retirement funds then raise pets became huge burden. it happened to us when i forced spouse younger sister family moved out even they didn't have debts, both together made more money than spouse, she still tried to dump quite old big dog to us, i immediately turned down because i knew by instinct spouse has money problem can't pay off utilities monthly fee. i didn't know he was broken already.  During Bush wars many abandoned their pets.  her cat gave birth and can't get rid of them so forced another low IQ sister took one and one day i heard noice nearby window then found a tiny kitten. i can't but picked up and put next to us public dried pond grass. it is illegal but we didn't have any pet so i was not afraid. in usa better not raise any pet because it cost a lot and if you have vacation can't find neighbours to take care. across street woman from taiwan planed to have a trip visit her relatives in NY.  she asked for help(big dog) i turned down. to pick up a huge shit, no way.
