2019年12月的某一天，在北国寒冬风雪交集的夜晚里，有一位优秀的当代艺术家马健先生静悄悄地离开了我们，离开了这个喧嚣以及不太和平的世界，他从此用他艺术翅膀飞翼到那美好天国；在天国的国度里他看不到枪、看不到核导弹、看不到军舰、以及看不到在人世间所承受的一切灾难！ 马健对艺术生死追求了30多年，他传奇的一生点点滴滴都是血与泪！他用艺术的语言来歌颂和平，他厌恶战争！他把爱与恨、黑暗与光明，以及所有一切的一切都转化成艺术的语言奉还给人类。（文：畅泉）.............................................. 结束就是开始

马健，是中央美术学院油画系毕业，具有娴熟的绘画技巧和深厚的油画功底。
他早期主要从事民族风格的绘画，这与他的出生地有关系。他生活在内蒙古的鄂温克少数民族的聚集地，那是个一直保留着很原始习俗的狩猎民族。这种强烈的民族风情对马键的早期创作影响至深。
马健后期认识了一批具有先锋意识的艺术家，开始从事当代艺术创作，主要以行为艺术方式，做过《钓鱼》 、《海上漂流》等一系列的行为作品，后期从事油画创作。这次呈现的马健的油画作品，主要是他对当前国际政治局势的一些思考，运用极简的笔触来清晰地表达自己对国际政治人物的一种思考，近似于黑色幽默式的调侃。所以在画面里，我们也会看到这些动物性与人性、社会性及政治性的混搭，显现出马健生性乐观、坦诚幽默的自然天性。另外，马健是一位性格豪爽、耿直的真性情之人，身边结交了很多朋友，他用饱满的热情，细腻的笔触，深刻描绘出每位朋友的音容相貌，也是一批上佳之作。这些作品代表了马健强烈的个人风格， 创作了大约七年的时间，是一批非常精彩的作品。马健在创作这批作品的期间，得了癌症，很不幸过早的离世，听闻噩耗让我非常震惊和痛苦，谨以此活动纪念马健在天之灵！感谢大家。( 苍鑫：2019.12 )
马健，1963年10月9日生于中国辽宁省大连市，后随父母迁往内蒙古1987年入中央美院学习绘画，毕业后一直从事民族风情绘画；1995-2019年在北京从事观念艺术工作；2019.12逝世于北京。
1994年4月10日在北京设计博物馆参加当代艺术展《失控》；1999年12月31日在南京艺术学院参加《当代百年百人百家姓图片展》；1999年12月29日参加由广西艺术学院、广西美术出版社共同策划组织至2000年1月1日举办的《21世纪斜阳岛-未来的几种生活方式》大型行为艺术活动；2000年1月8日参加在长春艺术学院举办的《中国网络影像艺术展》；2000年4月12日参加在意大利佛罗伦萨举办的《当代中国影像艺术展》；2000年8月18日参加在中央美术学院雕塑研究院举办的《接触》艺术展；2000年8月23日参加在桂林浪岛举办的大型《人文山水》当代环境艺术展；2000年10月19日参加在日本东京举办的《国际视觉图片》展；2000年11月28日在北京梵画廊举办个人作品展；2001年5月20日参加在德国汉堡举办的《国际当代艺术交流》展；2001年11月9日参加在法国巴黎举办的《看中国当代艺术》展。The Brief IntroductionJian Ma, born in Dalian City, Liao Ning Province China on October 9th, 1963. Later he moved to Inner Mongolia with his parents. In 1987 he was admitted to the Central Liberal Arts University to study painting. He has been working on the cultural sceneries painting ever since his graduation. In 1995 he started to work on abstract arts in Beijing. He participated in the Modern Arts Exhibition at Beijing Architecture Museum in April of 1999. In December of 1999, he participated in the Modern Photography Exhibition in Nan Jing City. From December of 1999 to January of 2000, he organized and planned for the Behavior Arts of the 21st Century Living Style. In the year of 2000, between January and October, he participated in the Chinese Internet Photography and Filming Exhibition in Chang Chun Liberal Arts University, Modern Chinese Photography Exhibition in Italy, the 'Touch' Arts Exhibition in the Central Liberal Arts University, the Modern Environmental Arts Exhibition held in Gui Lin, and the International Visual Photos Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. In 2001, he participated in the International Modern Arts Exchange Exhibition in Germany. In November of 2001, he participated in the 'Chinese Modern Arts Exhibition in Paris, France.

Ma jian graduated from the department of oil painting of central academy of fine arts.
In his early days he mainly painted in the national style, which had something to do with where he was born. He lived in Inner Mongolia, a gathering place of the ewenki minority, a hunting people who kept their primitive customs. This strong ethnic customs had a deep impact on ma jian's early creation.
Ma jian met a group of avant-garde artists in his later period and began to engage in contemporary art creation, mainly in the form of performance art. He made a series of behavioral works such as fishing and floating on the sea, and later engaged in oil painting.
The oil paintings presented by ma jian are mainly his reflections on the current international political situation. They use simple brushstrokes to clearly express his thoughts on international political figures, which are similar to black humor. Therefore, in the picture, we can also see the mixture of animal and human, social and political nature, showing ma jian's natural joy

In addition, ma jian is a forthright and straightforward person with true temperament. He has made many friends around him. With full enthusiasm and exquisite brushwork, he has deeply depicted the voice, appearance and appearance of each friend, which is also a batch of excellent works.
These works represent ma jian's strong personal style, which has been created for about seven years. They are very wonderful works. During the creation of these works, ma jian fell ill with cancer and unfortunately passed away prematurely. I was very shocked and distressed by the bad news. I would like to commemorate ma jian in heaven! Thank you.
