_{Most people in China know November 11th as an important day for shopping. Well, in November, there is another important dayThanksgiving Day. In America, people celebrate Thanks-giving Day on the fourth Thursday of November, while in Canada, we celebrate it on the second Monday of October. People from European countries like Britain and France don’t have Thanks-giving Day.} 

_{大部分中国人都知道11月11日是一个非常重要的购物节日。但是11月还有一个重要的节日是感恩节。美国人在11月的第四个星期四过感恩节，但是在加拿大，感恩节在10月的第二个星期一。英国和法国等一些欧洲国家都没有感恩节。}

_{Thanks-giving day is also a family reunion day. On that day, family members usually get together to celebrate. Turkey, pumpkin pie and sweat potato are typical food on that day.} 

_{感恩节也是家庭团聚的日子，在这一天，家庭成员聚在一起来庆祝。感恩节那天的传统食物有火鸡、南瓜派和红薯。}

语法发音规则

_{Thank you (thanks) for+名词            因为...事谢谢你。}

_{When you say “thank you”, please be careful with the “th” sound. You put your tongue between your teeth and it sounds /e/ . Thank you.}
