一大早,脸没洗,头发没梳,早饭没吃,就去买菜了。
第一次完整地欣赏了卖鱼大叔处理鱼的过程。
原来杀鱼的第一步真的是敲两下鱼头。
片成薄薄的鱼片真的很帅。
步骤大概就准备好葱姜蒜和辣椒,鱼骨下锅一起翻炒几分钟,加入酸菜和水煮十五到二十分钟。
鱼片提前加入葱姜和生粉抓一抓,最后稍微烫个几秒就出锅了。
成品整整装了两大碗。
很好看的现磨的玫瑰盐,但是每次磨的时候都要架高手臂,手需要放在最热的锅的上方,一直拧拧拧,大大消磨了做饭的乐趣。
做了也有两周了吧,另一个一起吃饭的人唯一一句评语是“这个洋葱炒得不够烂,不甜。”
每周周末自己一个人去超市买回来一周的食材,无敌重,重到多买袋牛奶我都不愿意,虽然超级想喝。
一篇推送,没几个字,也没几张图,写的过程一直在听歌调整心情,然而无效。
