General requirement:
在中华人民共和国法律法规允许的范围内，协助提供以下服务：
The law firm shall assist in providing the following services within the scope of the laws of the People's Republic of China:
一、针对美国337调查案件，收集、整理和翻译相关资料，提供包含基本事实判断、法律分析和相关方利益焦点的咨询服务，并出具书面法律意见；研究提出评论意见等。
1. For the case of 337 investigation of the United States, to collect, collate and translate relevant information, provide basic facts containing judgments, legal analysis and consulting services focusing on interests of related parties, and issue a written legal opinion; study and put forward comments.
二、针对美国337调查综合研究事项，提供基本背景情况、法律分析、他国应对策略分析以及应对策略，出具书面报告；研究提出应对策略等。
2. For comprehensive study of the U.S. 337 investigation, to provide basic background information, legal analysis, analysis of other countries' strategies and coping strategies, issue a written report; study and put forward the strategies for response .
三、针对贸易壁垒调查及应对案件，提供有关国家做法、双多边规则合规性分析、贸易影响、产业影响等，并出具书面报告，研究提出应对策略等。
3. For cases of investigation of trade barriers and response, to provide practices of relevant countries, bilateral and multilateral rules compliance analysis, impact on trade and industry, and etc. and issue a written report, study and put forward the strategies for response.
四、针对某一类型或某一国家或某一行业的贸易壁垒从措施描述、涉及产品、对利益影响、法律分析、应对策略等层面开展专题研究，提出书面报告等。
4. For a certain type, or a country or an industry trade barrier, to carry out monographic study and provide written reports from the aspects of measures description, involving products, impact on Chinese domestic industry's interests, legal analysis, and coping strategies and etc.
五、根据需要，就与涉及美国337调查/贸易壁垒调查及应对的其他法律问题提供法律咨询。
5. If necessary, to provide legal consultation in relation to U.S. 337 investigation / trade barriers investigation and other legal issues.

The law firm shall assist in providing the following services within the scope of the laws of the People's Republic of China:
一、为中国政府应对国外对华贸易救济原审案件、复审案件以及相关的行政复议和司法审查案件提供法律服务，主要包括但不限于：分析、运用世贸组织等相关国际规则和有关国家贸易救济国内规则，提供案件应对策略分析；收集、整理和翻译法律文件和证据材料；参与准备相关问卷答复和法律文件；参加案件调查过程中的实地核查、听证和工作会议；参与案件调查中相关程序性工作；总结评估案件等。
1.Provide legal services for the Chinese government to participating in foreign trade remedy cases, reviewed cases and related administrative reinvestigations and judicial review cases, including but not limited to: analysis, use of WTO and other relevant international rules and domestic trade remedy rules of the countries concerned, provide case analysis of coping strategies; collect and translate legal documents and evidence; participate in the preparation of legal documents related to the questionnaire responses; participate in field verification, hearings and working meetings during the course of investigation; participate in the procedure work during the course of investigation; provide summary assessment of cases; and so on.
二、就其他国家贸易救济政策和法规的调整、修改等事项，为中国政府提供法律咨询，准备法律意见和总结评估。
2．Provide legal advice, preparing legal opinions and summary assessments for the Chinese government with regard to the adjustment, amendments and other matters concerning trade remedy policies and regulations in other countries.
三、应中国政府要求，就与贸易救济相关的其他问题提供法律服务。
3．At the request of the Chinese government, provide legal services for other issues related to trade remedies．
