The t herapeutic effect on RDS rats and influence on the activity of platelet activatin - ( ) . , - factor PA F of these dru s were studied T he results showed that all of these dru s especial ly svate could attenuat e the patholo ical chan es of RDS. They could also inhibit the activity of PAF in lun tissue and BALF of RDS rats.
