        世界摄影大师萨尔加多在谈到好友艾万特罗时曾说：“艾万特罗和我一样都是来自乡村僻壤的内陆，看到他的照片就看到了他的影子。他的照片反映了一个时代的社会变迁，巴西城市、乡村现代化的进程及巴西人的淳朴、憨厚。艾万特罗的照片就是巴西人的化身。”

 

        The world famous photographer Salgado, when talking about his friend Evandro Teixeira, said,“ Evandro and I both come from the remote part of the inland. His photos represent his life and personality and reflect the social changes over an era, the modernization process of urban and rural areas of Brazil as well as honest and unsophisticated characteristics of Brazilians. Evandro Teixeira’s photos can totally speak for Brazilians.”
