晓旭毕业于中国音乐学院，曾任职于清华大学艺术教育中心。2006年至2014年于北京创办连锁艺术学校，亲自领衔带领一百多名教师团队为一万多人提供过个性化的音乐培训。2015年创办了独具特色的中国新礼乐文化推广机构——琴凰宫国学院。
中国诗礼乐唱作人，著名古筝诗词唱作人，作品独特的音乐文化和中国文化内涵，被视为中国传统文化的又一标杆。
晓旭参加2016环球夫人大赛全球总决赛，荣获环球夫人亲善大使特别大奖、最具才华奖和金球奖。
晓旭多次在国际慈善活动中为五十多个国家大使和大使夫人表演自己创作并弹唱的中国诗乐，及受邀出访多个国家。在联合国全球和平经贸论坛为来自100多个国家的代表演奏中国诗乐。受希腊奥林匹亚市长邀请，赴希腊代表中国出席巴西奥运会圣火采集仪式，所用古筝被希腊马拉松博物馆收藏。其他慈善经历包括：曾捐助太阳村的孩子、为社区老人开展公益爱心老年艺术团、汶川大地震时与美国纽约TV8在北京合办赈灾义演、资助困难家庭的孩子学习艺术课程等。
Xiao Xu graduated from China Conservatory of Music in 2002 and majored in Guzheng Art, a famous Chinese musical instrument. She worked in Tsinghua University as a traditional music teacher for two years. After that, she founded the first professional Guzheng training school in Beijing in 2006 and ran the school till 2014. She and her team provided personalized art training for more than ten thousand persons and obtained brilliant achievements in Guzheng education in 9 years. Then in the year 2015, she founded a new brand called QinHuangGong Female School, concentrating on the spreading of Chinese new etiquette-music culture.
In 2016 The 20th Mrs.Globe global finals, Xiao Xu won the special award -- Goodwill Ambassador Award, Best Art Talent Award and Golden Globe Award.
Xiao Xu was awarded the titles of Music Ambassador of CSB (Commonwealth Society of Beijing), Cultural Ambassador of Olympia and Marathon.
For many times in international charity activities organized by CSB (Commonwealth Society of Beijing), Xiao Xu played her China etiquette-music of her own composition for ambassadors and their wives from more than 50 countries. In 2015, in the United Nations Global Peace and Economic Forum, Xiao Xu played her China etiquette-music for forum representives from more than 100 countries. Also in 2015, Xiao Xu was invited to visit Olympia City, Greece, and attened the Brazil Olympic flame collection ceremony as one of Chinese representives. Meantime, Xiao Xu visited Marathon City to exchange cultures. After that, her Guzheng, the Chinese musical instrument, was collected by the Marathon Museum.
Xiao Xu's other charity experience includes: donated to children of Beijing Sun Village, provided training for Charity Art Troupe of community elderly people, gave a joint free performance with New York TV8 to help victims in Wenchuan earthquake, endowed children in poor families to study art.

Years of experience in entrepreneurship and music teaching is a rich artistic creation material for her. So now as a famous musical poet, she advocates the original creation of traditional Chinese music. She also forms a new Chinese Etiquette-Music Culture framework and is trying to expend it throughout China and the world. To show and perform that framework, she creates her unique Guzheng art form called ‘Guzheng playing and singing of poetry-etiquette-music ’.

Xiao Xu can play multiple musical instruments including Guzheng, piano and guitar. She is also good at lyric writing, music writing, Guzheng playing and singing at the same time. These abilities form her own unique music style.
晓旭创作的音乐其独特性和作为中国文化的代表之一，受到国际国内人士的欢迎，也成为搭建世界友谊的桥梁。代表曲目有古筝诗词弹唱《礼乐》、《人间四月天》、《人之初》、《北方有佳人》、《流水静心》、《蒹葭》、《霓裳羽衣》等；钢琴诗词弹唱《青春流年》、《月》、《一生相随》、《思乡》等；纯音乐中国失传唐筝十三弦《枫》、古筝《宫》、《秋水》、《水云间》、《佳人曲》等。
As a representative of Chinese culture, the music crated by Xiao Xu is loved in China and throughout the world, and is also regarded as the bridge of international friendship.

晓旭创演的新礼乐，以传承、弘扬及创新中华礼乐文化为宗旨，以诗词歌赋为文体，启迪人心灵的觉悟；以孔子倡导的礼乐为美学思想，传递真、善、美；以医学宝典《黄帝内经》的五音疗疾，宫商角徵羽为音乐疗法，用以养生；是以创作、弹唱古典音乐为一体的艺术表现形式、再现琴歌美韵，其音乐特点“清、和、淡、雅”。
晓旭创办的琴凰宫礼乐文化，以礼制乐，于音乐中展现中国几千年文化瑰宝诗礼乐，在音乐表现上最大的特点往往以一件乐器，弹唱诗词，要求乐者创作并现场弹唱的聆听感，具有深厚的艺术性、文学性。于生活工作中体现中国礼仪之邦之礼仪文化精髓，培训个人和企业的中华礼仪课程，课程包括服务礼仪、商务礼仪、职业礼仪、社交礼仪等多个方面的内容。以中华传统文化和中华传统礼仪为根基，融入符合当今时代需求的新内容，同时站在国际高度拥有国际视野，抓住克己修身和敬业爱国的本质问题，设计具有思想深度、文化内涵、有效实用的培训内容，帮助个人礼仪提升、企业团队精神建设、重要活动场合的礼仪规范培训。
Xiao Xu’s music roots in Chinese traditional culture, aimed at spreading the traditional Chinese music, etiquette culture and social virtue. Her music also follows some health theory of Chinese medicine, being good at finding and keeping the sincerity, goodwill, beauty and peace of mind. Her music performance has the characteristic of original creation, poems, musical instrument playing and singing at the same time, full of elegance, grace and charisma.

2016年12月13日，作为环球夫人的亲善形象代表参加参加联合国妇女署暨环球夫人亲善大使慈善晚宴。
2016年12月11日，在2016第20届环球夫人大赛全球总决赛中荣获亲善大使特别大奖、最具才华奖和金球奖。
2016年8月14日，受邀参加濮存昕爱心教育基金10周年庆典活动，现场表演古筝诗礼乐弹唱《礼乐》，以礼乐支持公益。
2016年6月11日，受邀出席由北京英联邦协会主办的第23届慈善晚会，向各国友人展示她原创的古筝诗礼乐作品《礼乐》和《人之初》。以此歌颂中华民族的优秀思想和真善美的民风情操，传播中国的礼乐文化，支持公益和慈善事业。
2016年5月30日，启动中国新礼乐文化校园行，第一站在云南玉溪师范学院拉开帷幕，为其骨干教师讲授新礼乐文化，并现场演绎原创的诗礼乐作品，其精彩的演讲和感人的演出得到了广泛的赞誉。
2016年5月18日，受邀参加第六届世界法商金融大会（山东德州），现场演绎原创诗礼乐作品。韵美的舞台效果让观众们深刻体验了琴凰宫新礼乐文化的魅力。会后晓旭接受CCTV媒体直播间采访，畅谈礼乐文化和法律和金融的关系。
2016年5月14日，受邀出席合肥大圩中国马拉松文化馆筹备启动仪式，成为首批特邀艺术家入驻文化馆。同时被聘为美丽中国·生态马拉松系列赛文化顾问。
2016年5月7日，受邀出席在北京国家奥林匹克体育中心新闻发布厅举办的“文化奥运会”新闻发布会。在会上阐述了自己的奥运情节和作为礼乐文化代表向国际弘扬中国文化的情况，表演了自己作词作曲自弹自唱的乐曲《礼乐》，以此献礼文化奥运。
2016年4月23日，在希腊奥林匹亚市副市长安排下在奥林匹亚公园种下奥林匹亚艺术橄榄树。
2016年4月21日，在希腊奥林匹亚参加2016年巴西奥运圣火采集仪式，受到奥林匹亚现任市长、前任市长、国际奥委会官员亲切接见。
2016年4月19日，作为中国音乐艺术代表访问希腊马拉松市博物馆，受到马拉松博物馆馆长、希腊著名马拉松女子冠军IRENE和马拉松市市长普西纳利斯亲切接见。晓旭在访问仪式上演奏的古筝被马拉松博物馆收藏。

2015年11月29日，受北京英联邦协会（CSB）邀请，参加了由CSB和GI2C联合举办的来华外国大学生互联网事业创想竞赛。出席本次活动的嘉宾有巴巴多斯驻华大使、北京英联邦副主席、部分北京英联邦协会成员国的大使夫人们、北京部分企业代表和来华外国大学生们。晓旭向到场的世界友人和大学生们展示了她创作的礼乐古筝诗词弹唱作品，用古筝音乐演绎中华礼乐文化的魅力。GI2C帮助外国大学生在中国实习和就业，因此外国人了解中国的文化是非常重要的，晓旭音乐走世界，意在传播中国礼乐文化，让更多的人了解魅力中国。
2015年11月，推出了她的古筝弹唱音乐诗集和钢琴弹唱音乐诗集，古筝代表曲目《北方有佳人》、《流水静心》、《一方秋水》、《清平调》、《枫》；钢琴代表曲目《青春流年》、《月》、《一生相随》、《思乡》。
2015年10月1日至7日，受韩国现代财团之邀，参加韩国现代财团创始人百年诞辰纪念和旗下蔚山大学医院四十周年庆典。在庆典上演奏了中国名曲《茉莉花》和韩国名曲《阿里郎》。晓旭的演出在当地引起轰动，当地媒体也相继报道。晓旭这次出访韩国，以展现中国礼乐文化为纽带，带领琴凰宫进入韩国展开系列中韩文化合作。这也是晓旭力争把中华礼乐文化带向世界，让世界从礼乐文化的角度重新认识中国的第一步。
2015年11月22日，创办琴凰宫礼乐古筝会馆并正式开业，致力于在国内国际上传播礼乐文化。琴凰宫是中国向世界传播礼乐文化的重要窗口，她的诞生，创造了中国礼乐文化史上的几个第一：（1）中国首家礼乐古筝会馆，以古筝为主题，以礼制乐，学古筝习礼仪，以国礼向国际国内传播中国礼乐文化；（2）中国首家自创作乐曲古筝吟唱中国古代诗词，传承民族文化；（3）中国首家以古筝弹唱形式，招募学员；（4）中国首家以古筝为主题，衍生中国文化产业链；（5）中国首家以古筝为核心的女子综合素养学院；（6）中国唯一唐代筝传承基地。
2015年8月4日，被授予“北京英联邦协会慈善形象大使”。
2015年8月4日，受北京英联邦协会(CSB)的特别邀请，在中国大饭店参加慈善午宴，向各国大使、大使夫人以及来宾们介绍中国文化，展示中国音乐。作为唯一受到邀请的中国古筝音乐家，晓旭现场表演了她自己作曲、自弹自唱的古筝新作，向来宾们展示了中华文化的神韵之美。协会主席向晓旭颁发荣誉证书，感谢她对CSB的支持以及为慈善事业所做的努力。北京英联邦协会(CSB)是由驻华英联邦国家大使馆的大使夫人成立的一个非盈利组织，长期致力于救助中国的弱势和贫困群体的慈善活动。晓旭以推广中华礼乐文化为己任，通过古筝音乐的创作与演奏，传递大爱，传播正能量。晓旭希望能够用她的音乐，感动身边的每一个人。
2015年8月4日晚上，作为中华文化的演出代表，受邀参加“全球和平经贸论坛”演出，向与会的来自全球100多个国家和地区的政要领导、驻华使节及联合国重要官员展示中国传统文化。在晚会上，晓旭为到场的友人们演奏了她的古筝作品，展示了中国民族音乐的古典之美。此次论坛大会以世界和平、全球和平经贸、人类命运共同体为主题，呼吁世界各国联合起来，消灭一切暴力、恐怖主义、民族分裂主义、右翼军国主义、侵略霸权主义和一切侵犯他国利益的掠夺性的战争，保护全球生态文明、维护全世界和平，建立国际新秩序。在走向世界和平发展的道路中，中国越来越起到不可替代的作用。晓旭以推广中华礼乐文化为己任，通过古筝音乐的创作与演奏，让中华文化在世界绽放光彩。
2015年1月29日，在北京音乐厅举办新春音乐会，为现场观众奉上了古筝弹唱、钢琴弹唱、吉他弹唱等跨界风格的音乐盛宴。其中由晓旭作词作曲、自弹自唱的古筝音乐《流水静心》作为主打曲目轰动全场。北京音乐厅作为国际专业音乐厅之一，曾有众多国内外音乐大师在此一展才华，也是乐坛精英施展才华的理想舞台。晓旭倡导音乐来源于生活，必将服务于生活。她以娴熟的多门乐器的演奏能力、音乐创作能力、自弹自唱能力，向观众表达这样一个理念：用心去创作，用心去表达，用心去感受。音乐本源在于表达内心的情感，音乐就是一首讲述故事的旋律诗歌。
2014年，开始转型研究音乐创作，并结合多年的弹唱经验，形成她独树一帜的音乐风格。

2002年-2005年，就职于清华大学人文学院艺术教育中心教师， 提出“在中国一流大学推广中国传统文化，使中国文化得以在世界传播”的理念，在清华大学推广中国传统文化——古筝教学，清华北大掀起学习古筝的热潮。
