来一道既清凉又美味的零嘴吧
比鸭脖、鸭头更加健康
酸酸甜甜,冰冰凉凉
满满都是胶原蛋白哟!
今天就来做一款网红柠檬鸡爪
先插播一段抖音视频吧!
配料
鸡爪·······················10只
香油·························1勺
姜··························8片
小米椒·····················适量
尖椒························适量
香醋························适量
料酒 ······················少许
柠檬·························1个
生抽························适量
白糖·························适量
香菜························一把
✿鸡爪冲洗干净,剪掉趾甲。
✿锅中大水烧开,放入姜片,倒入鸡爪,放入料酒。煮7~8分钟,捞出后,冷水洗净,放入事先准备好的冰水浸泡。
接下来就是最重要的调汁!
✿依次放入香醋、料酒、生抽、小米椒、尖椒、柠檬、蒜片、白糖、香菜等,放入冷水搅拌好。(颜色好看吧!)
PS:配比可按照个人喜好。
✿将鸡爪淹没进调味汁,保鲜膜封好,放入冰箱,腌制6小时以上就可以了。

❁味道有点淡,配汁可以咸一些;
❁柠檬可以多放几个!
事实证明,两个是真的尝不出来味道啊啊啊!
