there be 的句型中be动词的使用要看句子中名词是否可数和名词的单复数变化： 单数时 be 用is。 复数时 be 用are。
在回答时 ：there be 的句型回答时 要看句型中的be形式 不看名词前面的some，any
如：Is there a bottle in a cupboard? No,there isn't.和Is there a passport on the table? Yes,there is.
句子中 bottle与passport 都是可数名词单数 there be 句型中的be 则用 第三人称be动词：is
Are there any knives on the shelf? No,there arn't any.句子中 knives是可数名词knife（刀）的复数形式 there be 句型中的be 则用be动词：are
Is there any milk in the bottle? Yes,there is.句子中注意两点：①milk是不可数名词 不可数名词时没有单复数变化的 所以要用some 修饰milk 即 some milk 。 而在一般疑问句提问中some要转变成any才可以。 ②any+不可数名词 在一般疑问句中时 be动词都用is
