WRITTEN RESOLUTION OF ALL THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY MADE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 15 OF THE COMPANY'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

 

RESOLUTION

 

It was resolved that existing authorised signatureds and signing instruction for operating the bank accounts with The Hongkong And Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, namely Hong Kong Dollars Saving Account No. ****** and US Dollars Savings Account No. ****** be superseded and further resolved that the captioned accounts be operated by KAI Chun Chiu with the specimen signature as below signing singly on behalf of the Company with immediate effect.
