It's in the winter of 2013 that I fell in love with cheese. Though I lived in an extremely hot place that time. A friend told me a special pasta recipe. It tasted so good, so I began to make it almost everyday. It's hard to stop, once you fall in love with something, especially for me. I can do the same thing hundreds, thousands times over, or even more. Addiction is not a big word in this situaiton and I cannot get enough. Yes! I gained weight obviously that time, about 5kg. People say food can heal. Well... sometimes, it does. We may feel guilty after all those gobblings, but we surely are happy and satisfied (at least our stomachs) while having those delicous food like today's mozarella potato pancake. A friend shared this with me. We both love cheese very much. The moment I saw this recipe, I knew I'm gonna try this very soon. Thanks for sharing and everything.
食材/Ingredient
土豆/potato-4 medium-sized
低筋面粉/self-raising flour-150g
鸡蛋/egg-1
盐/salt-2tsp
罗勒叶/basil-some
马苏里拉/mozzarella-30g
橄榄油/olive oil-1tbsp
步骤/Directions
Step 1: 土豆放锅里煮熟,沥干水分,放凉去皮,压成土豆泥。
Boil potatos until the skin starts to peel off;
Turn off the stove, drain the potatos and set aside to cool;
Peel the potatos and smashed them.
Step2: 土豆泥中加入鸡蛋,盐和罗勒叶(最近超爱,不喜欢的可以去掉或者换其它香料替代)搅拌均匀,再加入面粉混合均匀直至无干粉。
Add egg, salt and basil (S's preference. Remove or replace it, if you don't like) into smashed potatos and mix well;
Add flour into the mixture until no dry flour.
Step3:平底锅刷一层橄榄油,将1/2的土豆面糊在锅内摊平,放上马苏里拉,将剩下的一般面糊覆盖在上面。正反两面小火各煎2分钟。
Brush olive oil on the pan;
Flatten half of the mixture in the pan;
Put mozarella on it;
Cover with the other half;
Cook each side for 2 minutes over low heat until the top is brown and nice.
