Sanitary conditions are generally good in China, but don't forget to check all the necessary formalities before departure.
Mandatory vaccinations:
Yellow fever (this vaccination is mandatory if you arrive in China from an area where yellow fever is endemic).
Vaccinations recommended:
Diphtheria
Polio
Tetanus
Hepatitis A and B
Typhoid
Meningitis A and C is recommended for regions close to Mongolia
Rabies and Japanese encephalitus.
We recommend you avoid contact with live birds. Tap water in China is not drinking water; we recommend you drink mineral water.
