经过近1年的筹备建设，位于林州的科普利信中国核心育种猪场的沼气系统于2016年12月投入运行。 第一桶干粪、水泡粪和尿液可以被送到混合罐，通过沼气池用于发酵和生产沼气。同时在此区域安装锅炉（首先使用液化气作为燃料）用于帮助沼气池加温生产沼气。After nearly 1 year of construction work, the methanisation system of Linzhou Cooperl farm was put into operations December 2016. The first bucket of dry manure as well as slurry and urine could be sent to the mixing tank, then to the digester for fermentation and production of biogas. As well, the boilers of the environmental area were started (first using LPG as fuel) so as to help the digester to increase temperature, condition essential for the production of biogas.

沼气系统的建成得到法国科普利信专家以及法国UP研究所顾问的支持。该系统是法国特制的全自动化控制设备。The start of the methanisation system was supported by experts from Cooperl France, as well as from the French consultant institute UP. The system is totally automatized, thanks to the automation control equipment specially made in France.

现场，环境部门负责该过程的后续工作，并确保一切安装都符合设计要求。其中包括：计算机控制过程，定期结果分析，并根据需要进行必要的调整。On site, the environmental department is in charge of the follow-up of the process and make sure everything goes according to plans. This includes controlling the process through the supervision computer, carry out regular analysis and make the necessary adjustment that the system needs.

使用干物质作为沼气池的燃料，农场可以最大化生产沼气（满负荷产量为540000Nm 3 /年）。该环境系统能为农场提供足够的沼气，冬季加热猪舍，生产干燥的肥料。By using dry matter as fuel for the digester, the farm can maximize the production of biogas (540 000 Nm3/year at full capacity). As an award for this difficult work, through this environmental system, the farm will be able to provide enough biogas to heat the pig buildings in winter, as well as produce dry fertilizer.
这个项目是科普利信中国核心育种猪场实现环保和成本效益生产的关键一步。不仅可以处理猪粪便，也可以直接给农场提供能源，并出售肥料。This is a crucial step for the Linzhou farm and Cooperl to achieve a environmental friendly and cost effective production. Not only pigs slurry are taking care of, but energy that can be directly used on the farm is produced, as well as fertilizer that will be sold.
