开篇之作虽然收到了一些小伙伴的肯定，可是后台也收到了很多的争议，的确关于颞区或者说是颞顶区域的层次解剖至今还是很多的争议的，包括神经外科、整形外科、耳鼻喉科的诸多学者都有很多不同的认识，尤其在命名方面更是混乱的，这两方面估计是导致很多人困惑的原因，Q的那个大汉堡也有一些不足之处，为了更客观的说明和认识颞区的层次，为开篇发一个补充顺便公布小问题的答案。
1、涵盖几乎所有层次名称的顺序如下：
头皮
皮下疏松结缔组织（含皮下脂肪）
颞浅筋膜（颞顶筋膜）
浅层脂肪垫（第一层脂肪垫、帽状腱膜下疏松结缔组织）
颞深筋膜浅层
筋膜间脂肪垫（第二层脂肪垫）
颞深筋膜深层
筋膜下脂肪垫（第三层脂肪垫）
颞肌
骨膜
在既往文献研究中这些层次中有些是研究者命名的不同，而有些是人体发育本身会缺少某一个层次，在神经外科翼点入路和眶颧入路里有一点是我们非常明确的，颞深筋膜浅层是附着在颧弓的外侧，所以筋膜间入路我们不该分离到颧弓内（下），而面神经颞支起始与颞浅动脉都走行在颞浅筋膜和颞深筋膜浅层之间，所以可以将颞浅动脉作为参考标志，分离要在颞浅动脉更深的层次去分离。找来找去终究没有找到一张理想的示意图，无奈之下只有自己动手ps一张，希望能一图读懂颞区的层次，从此不再困惑。

2、关于各种研究的层次和命名：
The fat pad deep to temporal fascia begins just superior to the zygomatic arch and extends inferiorly below the arch to become continuous with the buccal fat pad. The functions of the fat pad deep to temporal fascia and the buccal fat are therefore likely similar: to line and protect the masticatory space and to allow the temporalis muscle to glide smoothly over bony prominences.
