吕哲昊：So tell me about the imaging signs of the lesions，how many lesions can we find on CT slices?
潘新元（白求恩国际和平医院）：2 nodules, 1 in each lung
吕哲昊：Great！
吕哲昊：Can you tell us more details about the 2 nodules? like the border?
潘新元：The two nodules are homogenous with regular margin，soft tissue density，no calcification and fat tissue，no obvious enhancement。
夏爽（天津）：No uptake in pet
吕哲昊：yeah！
夏爽：I think they are benigh lesions not mets
吕哲昊：However， the lesions grew larger over time
潘新元：I'm not familiar with pet
吕哲昊：So how do we make our diagnosis？
李玉博：But the volume increases
吕哲昊：A benign or a malignant tendency?
潘新元：Possibly benign, according to their growth pattern
李玉博：I agree
吕哲昊：The patient had history of hysterectomy 9 years ago for uterine myoma.

吕哲昊：At the first time，I took the sclerosing hemangioma as my first consideration， slowly growing nodules，oval shaped with well-defined margins
