Guest: I'm not at all happy with my room.

客人：我对我的房间一点也不满意。

Clerk: What seems to be the problem?

接待员：有什么问题吗？

Tuesday 周二 

Guest: I can't get the air conditioner to work properly and one of the desk lamps is broken. 

客人：我无法让空调正常运行，一个台灯还坏了。

Clerk: I'm terribly sorry. I'll send someone straight up.

接待员：我非常抱歉。我马上派人过去看看。

Wednesday 周三 

Guest: And the Internet is so slow. Is there something wrong with your system?

客人：而且网速太慢了。你们的系统出问题了吗？

Clerk: Let me call the computer technician and see what is going on there.

接待员：我会给计算机技术人员打个电话，看看是怎么回事。

Thursday 周四 

Guest: Actually I'm wondering if I could just move rooms instead? I'm not happy here. 

客人：实际上我想知道我能否换个房间？我在这里很不开心。

Clerk: Let me see what I can do. 

接待员：让我看看我能做些什么。

Friday 周五 

Clerk: I'll send someone to your room right now to collect your bags and take you to that room. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Guest: Thanks. That sounds great.

客人：谢谢。这听上去不错。

Saturday 周六 

I'm going to complain to your manager about this.
