缺陷：0725 - Fixed fire extinguishing installation
The manual isolation valve for the low pressure CO2 system was found in the closed position. Crew would not by able to engage CO2 for protected spaces from the remote location. The wrench to open the manual isolation valve was not present in the local space and took approximately one minute to retrieve. Each location did not have clear instructions that included the opening of the manual isolation valve.（由于manual isolation valve处于关闭位置，低压CO2系统不能在遥控位置释放，并且用于打开manual isolation valve的专用扳手不在附近。另外操作须知不详细）
缺陷依据：The means of control of any fixed gas fire-extinguishing system shall be readily accessible and simple to operate and shall be grouped together in an few locations as possible at positions not likely to be cut off by fire in a protected space. At each location there shall be clear instructions relating to the operation of the system having regard to the safety of personnel（固定式气体灭火系统的控制设施应易于接近和操作方便, 且应安装于尽可能少的处所, 其所在位置应不致为被保护处所的火灾所切断。考虑到人员安全, 在每一处所应备有指导该系统操作的说明书）
CO2系统介绍CO2系统常用来保护机舱、货泵间、货舱、油漆间、厨房等，一般系统的动作顺序如下：
该系统一般由：气瓶、瓶头阀、释放站、报警装置、区域选择控制器等组成，如下图，原理很简单。
CO2的释放模式分：自动、手动和应急控制，一般情况下建议在有人的区域选择手动方式，在无人区域可以选择自动模式。
1、自动控制模式：将报警灭火控制板上的方式选择在“自动”位置时，灭火控制系统处于自动控制状态，当防护区发生火情时，感烟探测器或感温探测器发出火灾信号，报警灭火控制盘发生声光报警信号，同时发出联动指令，关闭连锁设备，经过一段延时时间，发出灭火指令，打开电磁阀释放启动气体。启动气体通过启动管道打开相应的选择阀和瓶头阀，释放灭火剂，实施灭火。
2、电气手动模式：将控制灭火控制盘选择键拨到“手动”位置，灭火系统处于手动控制状态。当发生火情时，可按下控制面板上的启动按钮即可实现灭火。
3、机械应急手动控制：如自动模式损坏，可手动释放。通知有关人员撤离现场，关闭联动装备，然后拔出相应电磁阀上的安全插销，压下手柄即可打开电磁阀，释放启动气体，启动气体打开选择阀、瓶头阀、释放灭火剂、实施灭火。如遇到电磁阀或瓶头阀损坏，可扳动相应的选择阀手柄，敞开压臂，打开选择阀，然后，扳动瓶头阀上的手动手柄打开瓶头阀，释放灭火器，实施灭火。
机械应急手动控制
1、打碎玻璃，取出钥匙
2、打开释放控制箱，机舱内发生警报（至少20s）
3、打开释放站内的控制杆
4、打开控制内的球阀（延时控制用）
5、选择开启灭火区域的阀门，打开。
6、根据说明选择开启多少瓶CO2
7、拔掉瓶头阀安全销
8、手动释放
9、着火区域释放灭火
船用二氧化碳检查要点CO2检查依据分布与SOLASII-2 R10.4和FSS Code R5中，本着精简的原则主要检查点如下：
1、位置 灭火剂在防撞舱壁之后，被保护处所之外，如在开敞甲板下一层，应直通、6次换气、门向外且气密（并列关系）。往期关于CO2处所的门的解答：

3、称重装置：CO2钢瓶上设有悬挂称重装置的横杠或其他装置（常见的是称重计和超声液位计），并配有足够的备件
4、控制装置：两套独立，一套用来控制系统分配阀，一套用来控制钢瓶瓶头阀（ One control shall be used for opening the valve of the piping which conveys the gas into the protected space and a second control shall be used to discharge the gas from its storage containers. ）两套操作在一箱子内，且醒目标识其区别。如配控制箱钥匙应放在附近的 a break-glass-type enclosure里。如下图
