EEBD，这个小东西也惹事

EEBD这个小东西，在关键时刻挺有用，公约中对其要求出现在solas2000修正案中，不少人对配备多少等不清楚，今天整理下，分享给大家，力争简单明了。1.EEBD配备是有追溯的，尽管00修正案要求，但是所有船舶都需配备（Retroactive Requirement for Existing Ships）切记，追溯，all ships.

2.配备数量

a.对于起居处所II-2 13.3.4要求，

货船配备两个EEBD，额外一个备用EEBD

36人以下客轮，每个主竖区2个EEBD，2个备用

36人以上客轮，每个主竖区4个EEBD，2个备用

b.对于机器处所II-2 13.3.4要求，（基于MSC/Circ.1081）

集控室位于机器处所内的，应配备一个EEBD

工作间（workshop）应配备一个EEBD，如果工作间直接通往逃生通道，这一个EEBD不用配备

机舱第二逃生通道，平台位置至少配备一个EEBD（ one (1) EEBD on each deck or platform level near the escape ladder constituting the second means of escape from the machinery space）

3.EEBD的数量应在防火控制图上进行标示

4.EEBD最少要可以使用10min，具备形式认可，有简单使用示意图，头罩应为防火材料，并具备观察窗。不可用作别的用途（EEBDs are not to be used for fighting fires, entering oxygen deficient voids or tanks, or worn by fire-fighters. In these events, a self-contained breathing apparatus, which is specifically suited for such situations should be used.）。
