1.Lie back, letting your legs and arms relax. Bring your attention to your breath and notice which nostril is clearer.
仰躺,腿部手臂放松。关注自己的呼吸,并感受哪一侧的鼻子呼吸更通畅。
2.To come out of the pose, draw your knees in towards your chest.
退出体式时,双膝拉向胸部。
3.Instead of automatically rolling to your right side, roll onto whichever side has the clearer nostril. Stay there until both nostrils feel equally clear.
不要自动翻转向右侧,而是转向鼻子呼吸更通畅那一侧。停留并保持呼吸,直到两侧鼻孔呼吸变得同样顺畅。
