这个大楼位于罗马尼亚首都布加勒斯特最具代表性的区域，夹杂在历史建筑和未来氛围之间，这个场地的建设曾在90年代中期面临危机。将近十年之后，新的开发商终于鼓足勇气，重新开发了这个新的办公大楼。设计一边争取实现A+标准和所有的BCO指南，同时尊重周围的历史气氛。


Being placed in one of the most representative areas in Bucharest for the mix between the historic value and the future brought by a very strong business district， the plot on which this project was developed was subject of an unsuccessful development in mid 90’s. After almost 10 years from this attempt a new developer revalue and redesign the office building initially proposed ， respecting the A+ standard and all BCO Guide norms on one side and on the other side the historic context.
